Account or free-list help
Write from the email address used for the account or list. Never send a password, one-time code, or payment-card number.
Privacy or data request
State whether you want access, correction, removal, or an unsubscribe. We may need to verify the email address involved.
Vendor or business inquiry
Identify the company, the requested use, and the data or rights involved. Commercial race-data permission must be documented separately.
Keep private information out of emailDo not send passwords, authentication codes, full payment-card numbers, government identifiers, or licensed source race-card files. Full Card Reports will never ask you to email those items.
